Pasta, Risotti, Sughi

These are cookbooks with stories of an Italian Immigrant’s family beginning in America. The first in a series of 3 cookbooks is Turo's Pasta, Risotti, Sughi Cookbook "One Never Grows Old At The Table".

The cookbook is issued on a CD and offers functions not found in other cookbooks, such as a serving size calculator, recipe and shopping list printouts, enlargement of step-by-step pictures and downloading of the cookbook onto your computer.

Pasta, Risotti, Sughi recipes were prepared by our Italian immigrant family, friends and from the chefs and people of Vieste (Foggia), Avellino Campagnia  and other regions of Italy. They are layed out in beautiful colorful step-by-step pictures. Pasta adorned with fresh vegetable and sauces prepared with aroma filled herbs, seafood, shellfish and vegetables are presented in an easy format.
