About Baker's Pricing System
From a set of simple items you select the activity you want to perform. For example: Enter the ingredients of a recipe, add the labor and energy and the system will calculate the price for the recipe, what you should charge to achieve a profit target and ultimately the price of a recipe item (cookie, loaf, pie slice, etc.). Your raw material prices will be used in the calculation. Later assemble trays to fill orders. Quote prices for an order with a few entries and be sure you will be able to deliver it in a profitable manner!
